Tahini and lemon juice salad dressing

1 garlic
lemon juice, freshly-squeezed
¼ cup
tahini Befresh
3 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
Befresh olive oil & avocado oil blend
2 tablespoons
Cooking method

1. Crush the garlic clove in a mortar with a pinch of salt and set aside in a little bowl.

2. Add the lemon juice and mix well.

3. Add the tahini and blend into a paste.

4. Add some water and two spoonfuls of olive oil.

5. Add salt to taste.

6. Add some extra water, if necessary.
