Chia seed pudding

Composition
coconut milk (cream)
400 ml
chia seeds BeFresh
4 tablespoons
Agave syrup (or honey)
2 стtablespoons
cinnamon, ground
1/3 teaspoons
mango
1
Shredded coconut flakes
to taste
Mint leaves
to taste
Cooking method

1. Add agave syrup, chia seeds and cinnamon to coconut milk. 

2. Mix well, put in a sealed container and store in the fridge overnight.

3. In the morning, peel the mango and puree it in the blender.

4. Get the coconut milk mix from the fridge and serve it in individual glasses, adding mango puree on top.

5. Sprinkle the dessert with shredded coconut flakes and garnish with mint leaves and enjoy the healthy and delicious dessert.
